Below are some of the most common questions we get about session recording and storage. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please reach out to our team. 

What can the camera see?

The camera will record separate videos for the left and right side of the court.

How many sessions can the camera record? What happens when storage is full?

The 256GB of hard drive space will record about 5 hours of play. When storage is full, the camera will start deleting the oldest session to make room for the new ones. We will make storage upgrades available down the road.

Can I download my session recordings?

Yes. You can download recordings of 1 or both sides of the court. See here for detailed instructions for downloading on mobile and desktop. 

Can my data be shared?

You can share a snapshot of a session's performance through a dedicated "share" button, straight to any channel, including email, Whatsapp, Messenger, or social media.

At this time, there is no way to download the data as a .csv file for further processing, but this will be coming soon.
